FAQ

We are a community owned. We are owned, run, and operated by our members. Anyone can join, and we have several ‘tiers’ of membership with varying ranges of in store discounts.
Absolutely not. We are open to the public, so come on in and say hello.
There is a parking garage directly across the street from the store (next to Black Bear Burritos). There is also meter parker on the corner of Pleasant Street and Chestnut Street. If you are visiting the store after five or on the weekend there is free parking available at the Huntington Bank on the next block.
We have hundreds of products in our store that are sold by the pound. Including soap, peanut butter, beans, granola, teas, spices, honey, oils, and more. You can bring in a container from home (be sure you have it weighed at the register before you fill it up), paper bags are available for free or we have several plastic options for sale in our store (ranging from $0.05-$1.75). Shopping in bulk is very cost-effective! You can buy much or little of any of these products as you would like. This is great for trying new things, and really helps cut back on waste from packaging.
